For Schools & Institutions
Adopt Real World Statistics
A complete instructional system for high school statistics, designed to make rigorous mathematics understandable, engaging, and accessible to a wide range of learners.
Our school recently adopted this book for our Statistics course, and as department head I can say it’s been a fantastic addition. Real World Statistics stands out because of its seamless integration of videos and the online toolkit. The videos make abstract ideas easy to grasp, and the toolkit gives students the chance to explore, practice, and test their understanding in interactive ways.

Explore Real World Statistics
Considering Real World Statistics for your course? The resources below provide the information you need to explore the curriculum, evaluate its fit, review sample materials, and make an informed adoption decision.
Read our testimonialsCurriculum Overview & Scope and Sequence
A complete statistics curriculum for high school, dual-enrollment, and introductory college statistics. Ten chapters move students from foundational data literacy through probability, sampling distributions, and inference — building understanding progressively across the year.
Instructional Philosophy & Model
RWS is built around accessible rigor — the belief that accessibility and rigor should work together, not compete. Concept comes before computation, and data before formulas, giving students meaningful context before introducing formal methods.
Curriculum Alignment
RWS was developed independently of AP Statistics, but substantial overlap exists. Our alignment resources identify those areas and show where AP-style practice appears throughout the curriculum. The course also connects with the Common Core Standards for Mathematical Practice.
Sample Materials
Administrators and teachers can preview sample chapters, enrichment investigations, guided practice, assessments, and teacher resources before making an adoption decision. These materials provide an opportunity to experience the instructional approach and evaluate the curriculum's fit for your course and students.

About the Publisher
Simpler Math was created around a simple idea: making mathematics more accessible should never mean making it less rigorous. We develop curriculum and learning resources that help students understand challenging mathematics, build strong foundations, and experience the satisfaction of mastering ideas that may otherwise seem out of reach.
