How it works
A session, step by step
Student describes what they're stuck on
The student types their question or topic — anything from "I don't understand box plots" to "I'm stuck on finding the fence values for outliers."
Tutor asks a clarifying question
Before recommending anything, the tutor asks whether the student is unsure how to start or stuck on a specific step. This single question changes everything about the response.
Pathway activates
Based on the topic and the student's answer, the tutor identifies the prerequisite chain and finds the earliest gap. It starts there — not at the end goal.
Videos and checks, one step at a time
The tutor recommends one video, waits for the student to watch it, then checks understanding before advancing. Only when the student is ready does it move to the next step.
